Beyond Blends

We started Beyond the Shaker with the aim to craft ‘better’ salt blends by using superior unrefined salts as a base, and then adding depth of flavor by employing only the finest ingredients available. To achieve our goal, we hired a culinary artist skilled in the design of gourmet menus and in sourcing ingredients from sustainable and organic farms & suppliers. Next, we conducted (quite happily) a taste-testing & development process to hone our flavor profiles, while not overwhelming the elegant beauty of the salts themselves. The result was the Beyond Blends collection, which is a compilation of mouth tingling salty-pleasures sure to excite any food lover's palette.
