Wet Salts

Candidly, when our chef approached us about 'wet salts,' we were skeptical (maybe even frightened).  To marry the finest infused oils with unrefined salts to craft a flavor-laden 'paste' seemed to be a recipe for disaster.  However, we're thrilled to now eat our words with these blends!  So how do you use a wet salt?  Well, we provide tons of recommendations for each salt, but once you try these juggernauts o’flavor, you may find yourself sneaking a spoonful at 3:40am on a Tuesday as you can't clear your mind of the mesmerizing taste that overpowers logic (this is a run-on sentence, but we're EXCITED about these salts).
