Our salt of the month for August is the perfect accompainment to the steamy flavors of summer. Hot Habanero Blend is inspired by the vibrant tastes and colors of Mexican cuisine.

This blend balances the heat of several types of chili peppers with Hawaiian Black Lava and Red Alaea salts. Each of the dried chili peppers used in this blend is skillfully chopped by hand in a precise manner to ensure uniform size and preserve each dried chili’s supple texture. The organic cilantro and carrot that we used to integrate the flavors are also hand chopped by our chef to guarantee their compelling texture.
