Citrus Basil Blend
Our salt of the month for July is the perfect accompaniment to the fresh flavors of summer. Citrus Basil Blend is full of zesty ‘yum’ and it goes well with a huge variety of foods.

Our unique blend uses lemon myrtle, an Australian spice, to give this salt its incredibly tangy citrus flavor. This is matched with organic basil, and delicately, flakey Murray River salt (also from the land down under), to impart a glorious flavor to even the most simple dishes.
