I had not really tried smoked salts before, but this one was highly flavorful, and kind-of strange/unusual. The oak barrels it is smoked in make the salt almost sweet. Hard to imagine without smelling it, but seriously, this one is worth the price. I have used it on a ton of foods. Hashbrowns and eggs are really good!
