No, we haven’t figured out how to capture magical snow in a
bottle. Those elegant flakes are Murray River Salt. Murray River Salt
crystals are tiny, pink snowflakes for your mouth. They melt quickly,

River Salt is a versatile seasoning that is appropriate for any

is then hand-harvested from the basin. Red algae in the Murray River
lend this salt its beautiful pale pink hue. The fine salt flakes will
flutter onto your food, delivering a dusting of amazing salt flavor.
You
can replace table salt with Murray River in nearly any dish. This

pork chops with Murray River. Try Murray River as graceful and

This is the salt that convinced me that not all salts are the same. The texture and flavor are so far beyond what I expected. I think the texture is what I like the most ... the description "snow in a bottle" says it all. Because it has such a light, flakey texture, it is really easy to use in place of table salt. Highly recommended!
